Topping-out ceremonies · Berlin & Brandenburg
We plan, design and run topping-out ceremonies for construction companies, general contractors and project developers. Marquee, furniture, florals, topping-out wreath and on-site project management – all from one source.
A day for clients and investors – and just as much for your own crew.

A day that shows what your team has built.
A topping-out ceremony speaks to trades, clients, investors, neighbours and press at the same time. We design it so that each of these groups feels addressed – and so the schedule still works on an active construction site.
The most important audience is often already on site: your own crew and the trades that raised the shell.

Services
Bookable individually or as a complete package. You decide how much we take on.
Tradition
The topping-out crown is the image that stays from the day. Choose the basic shape here and put your corporate colours on the ribbons – this is roughly how it will hang above your site.
The rendering approximates shape and colour. We agree the final design in our first conversation.
Equipment
Heated marquees make topping-out ceremonies plannable in autumn and winter too. Add tables, chairs, lounge furniture and bar tables in matching styles, a lighting concept for marquee and outdoor area, and rental plants for zoning.
We take care of delivery, set-up, dismantling and collection. On site that means: one time slot, one team, one point of contact.

Who we work for
Representative celebrations for residential and commercial projects, aligned with marketing and public relations.
Topping-out ceremonies for large sites with many trades and tight time windows – an occasion that also strengthens ties with subcontractors.
Staging project milestones for investors, press and partners.
Celebrations with neighbours, politics and tenants – from set-up to on-site support.
Design that picks up the signature of the building rather than covering it.
A day for your own crew: appreciation that reaches the team and becomes visible in recruiting.

Internal impact
The shell is the achievement of foremen, crews, crane operators and subcontractors. A topping-out ceremony makes that achievement visible – to management, to the client and to everyone who worked on it. In an industry short of skilled workers, that is an argument that lasts beyond the day.
The day belongs to those who built. A topping-out ceremony makes this recognition visible instead of leaving it in the site diary.
Photos and videos from the ceremony can be reused for the careers page, job ads and social media – your own images instead of stock material.
Those who complete a construction phase together remember it. That works on the core workforce and on subcontractors you want to work with again.

Quote, schedule, logistics and coordination with site management and trades.
Set-up, support on the event day, dismantling and collection.
FAQ
For a fully planned ceremony with marquee and equipment we ideally allow six to eight weeks. We check shorter lead times case by case depending on availability.
Our focus is Berlin and Brandenburg. For larger projects we also work across Germany – we clarify scope and effort in the first conversation.
Yes. With heated marquees and a suitable lighting concept, ceremonies can be planned in the cold season as well.
It works in two directions. Outwards towards investors, press and neighbours – inwards towards your own crew and the trades involved. Especially when skilled workers are scarce, this visible thank-you contributes to the employer brand.
Yes. You can book individual modules – for example only the crown, only the florals or only the marquee.
A pictorial rendering of the planned set-up before implementation. It helps with internal coordination and with approval by the client or management.
Request
Location, planned date and a rough guest count are enough to start. We will get back to you with a first assessment and a proposal for the next steps.
